These are standard property charges; there will be an additional charge of £5 per extra room i.e. extra bathrooms and outbuildings etc. and additional charges for over furnished properties.
Quotes can be arranged for properties of 6 bedrooms or more.
Additional Information
The Island Inventory Company is fully insured and ARLA trained.
Coloured digital photographs are included in these prices with no added VAT
Inventories will be emailed in completion and hard copies supplied at check in or upon request.
We require 2 hours notice to cancel or re-arrange an appointment. Failure to give the appropriate notice will result in a £15 abortive call-out charge.
